General Terms & Conditions
1. Membership, Day Passes & Access
1.1. Membership and day passes grant access to the coworking space during the agreed-upon hours.
1.2. Members must use their assigned access credentials responsibly and not share them with others.
1.3. The coworking space reserves the right to revoke access for both members and day pass users due to non-compliance with these terms.
2. Bookings
2.1. Members must book a hot desk, parking space, or meeting room via the online portal in advance and use them within the allocated time.
2.2. Any credits allocated for bookings or services reset each month and cannot be carried over.
2.3. Any member who uses up their credit allowance within the month will be charged for any additional usage per hour at the end of the billing period.
3. Payments, Cancellations, Pricing & Day Passes
3.1. Membership fees follow a calendar month billing cycle. Members who join partway through will be prorated accordingly. Day pass users must pay the applicable fee at the time of booking.
3.2. Payments are taken automatically after the billing cycle via card payment or direct debit.
3.3. Members must provide 30 days’ notice to cancel their membership.
3.4. The coworking space reserves the right to periodically review and adjust pricing. Members must be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes to membership fees.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. All members must act respectfully towards other members and staff.
4.2.Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
4.3. Equipment and resources provided must be used responsibly and returned in good condition.
4.4. The coworking space reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of the code of conduct.
5. Liability & Security
5.1. Members are responsible for their personal belongings; the coworking space is not liable for lost or stolen items.
5.2. Members must comply with all safety regulations and emergency procedures.
6. Business Mailing Address
6.1. If the business mailing address add-on service is used, mail will be stored for up to 60 days before being disposed of.
7. Amendments
7.1. The coworking space reserves the right to update these terms with reasonable notice to members.
7.2. Continued use of the space after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
By using the coworking space, members and day pass users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
